We highly recommend using Quest-Restoration Ann Arbor to manage a flood emergency. We used a different company originally and wish that we called Quest first! Pete Smith and his team came to finish the job. We were presented with a reasonable quote and a clear explanation of what was needed. They were on time, even coming on a holiday to check the status of the job. Everyone on the team was respectful and helpful. Pete is proud of the work he does and wants make sure it is done right. Nothing worse than coming home from vacation to a flooded house. Called Quest and they were very responsive. Pete was at my house within a half hour. Everyone I dealt with was so understanding and empathetic. The crew were super nice and did a fantastic job. Quest performed water damage clean up as well as asbestos tile removal (subcontracted this service and Pete Smith, from Quest, oversaw it). Quest was prompt to come out (within hours of when I called), Pete Smith, the coordinator of all of their work, is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable . He called me numerous times throughout the process to clearly state what would be happening and when. They are very prompt and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
