Great company to work with when faced with a flooded basement.
Quest Restoration went above and beyond for me. I talked with Pete and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The crew he sent out did an AMAZING job—seriously, they didn’t cut corners and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. If you’re thinking about using them, don’t hesitate. 10/10 experience.
You never want to need a restoration company, but Quest is the way to go if you do! We've used them several times for water issues in our basement, and for cleanup after a contractor left our furnace room covered in concrete dust. Pete and his team are always professional, timely, and kind. I hope we never need them again, I wouldn't use any other company in the case that we do!
