Professional helpful staff clean well appointed rooms quiet pet friendly
Rooms were spotless, reception staff was very responsive and helpful, made it easy to check in. Loved it
The hotel was great on the first night, however due to a leakie pipe the rest of the stay was not. The room was dated and had no lift which would be a problem for eldery people. They set up a drying station right outside my door, when I asked this will be switched off at 8.00-8.30, alas this was not the case. The noise continued for the nest 3 days, they moved me from room 201B to 215B. The picture was at 2.19 am in the morning However could still hear the fans and de humidfier running.
