By far the worst company I have ever had to use services from. They seldomly can provide or do provide any updates on repair services and almost never respond to any maintenance request inquiries. Unfortunately they're the only manufacturer of MPS equivalent devices and they take full advantage of this fact. Maybe they should hire more employees.

This place is the worst. If you value your career and/or your patients and clients, do not associate with Quest Medical. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They're a sinking ship but they're spending money on executive lunches while their ship sinks. The top executives have absolutely no experience in their field. The HR director does not care if employees are racist. You will get fired without any warning. They treat their workers like cattle but they act like, "oh we're such a family." Do not fall for it.
