I used there Airport service this morning and I was told I was being upgraded from a black SUV to a Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van due to a "technical issue" with the vehicle I originally reserved. That is not an upgrade. It’s a complete downgrade when you’re traveling with two people and specifically booked a black SUV for comfort, accessibility, and professionalism.
