Beautiful fleet and very professional team.
I booked a 6-seater luxury SUV for my wedding. The car provided was a 4-seater SUV. As a result, my wedding ceremony was 40 minutes late to start and I had to leave wedding supplies and a bridesmaid at the side of the road. Ultimately, we needed to call an Uber because Quest Limos was not able to provide a solution. Quest Limos did not provide a refund or try to rectify the issue. I would not recommend this company.
Do not use these people!! Horrible experience. I ordered a pickup from the airport. Terrible communication. Late for pickup. Awful service. Then they charged my credit card for a trip I didn’t even take. Can’t speak to anyone. All communication was via email. No one answered the texts. This company is unprofessional, unethical and scammy. I am having to dispute a charge for a trip I never took with them. I asked for a quote for the second trip and told them I didn’t want it. We booked a limo last week, showed up 45 minutes late, no communication from company that they were late and than they charged us twice when we only unfortunately used them one. Stay away, Uber or any other company is a better way to go.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are unreliable, unprofessional and will overcharge you. Take a taxi or Uber. Way better!
