Never answers the calls I make. Can’t get anyone to answer the calls!
I’d give zero stars if I could!!! 3 WEEKS, multiple phone calls and several hours of my time wasted. I was trying to obtain the Libre for my stepdad. Never in any of my phone calls or correspondence with this company was I advised it is only an option if you have low blood sugar or inject insulin. Multiple times the doctor at his rehab hospital said the information was sent to Libre yet Libre says they never got it. Absolute nightmare. I would never recommend this company. Customer service was very nice. They fixed my problem. They sent three glucose monitors and I told her I’m on my last one. She said they should’ve sent nine so she’s gonna send new ones but they’re taking care of it. Thank you so much.
Good service even though there was a computer issue. Checked today and everything thing was taken care of.
Olympia and Wanda were so good to help me out. I’ve been with Quest a year now. They helped me get my account straightened out as another company delivered sensors to me and then billed me. They knew what to do on my part and got it straightened out. I’m almost 80 years old and it felt good to have someone there for me !!! I am so grateful I have the Freestyle Libre 3 plus. It has actually saved my life numerous times in the middle of the night with alarms for low blood sugar.
