Quest Health Solutions needs to be investigated. My relative received a diabetic monitor they never asked for or requested by any doctor. When they were contacted about returning the items they claimed my relative owed them money, because they would never send anything out unless it was supposedly approved by a doctor or insurance. They also refused to contact the doctor they claimed ordered the equipment.
