Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Quest. Both our daughters have done gymnastics for 3 and 1 year respectively at another gym and we wanted to try out Quest. We mistakenly signed up online while meaning to do the free trial (our fault) and asked the office staff if there was any recourse for a refund and there was not. Which is understandable, since it was our fault, but apparently they also require a 2 week notice to cancel classes. Concerning Teaching Methods and Safety Practices. I enrolled my 6-year-old daughter in Tumble 2 at Quest Gymnastics after she successfully learned cartwheels in their beginner class. However, I have serious concerns about their teaching progression and safety practices. For example, in Tumble 2, students are expected to perform back walkovers, an advanced skill requiring significant flexibility, strength, and proper technique. Great place. My kids have loved classes here. Just wish the waiting area was more spacious for the number of parents and kids that wait on students. And maybe a quiet room for parents/siblings that need work or study (or any neurodivergent family members waiting—it gets quite loud in the main space.)
