Joseph is a wizard! This is the second time I have used him to clean my carpets after 3 years of college boys living in the house. They look amazing. He is professional, prompt, and really cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend Quest!
I can't begin to describe the job that Joseph had before him. A mobile home with feral cats living in it for the past 5 years, treating it like their own giant litter box. The ammonia smell of urine & feces was almost too much to bear. But Joseph took on the job, which stretched into nearly 8 hours and rescued the carpet. I highly recommend the gentleman. I highly recommend Quest for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. When Joseph came to give me an estimate, he was on time, professional, and polite, patiently answered my questions, and explained the process in detail. My concern was my dogs' safety since we’re sensitive to fragrances. He came the day before the cleaning to spray the enzymatic product.
