The ladies at Quest are the friendliest, most helpful people I have dealt with in a bank setting in quite a while. Recently, an issue arose with a bad check being written to me. Usually banks will take whatever money is in the account to cover the bad checks regardless of who the check is from or to. Not Quest. They are dealing with the check writer personally and I do not worry about my paycheck going to pay for someone else's mishap. It is a relief and so convenient to have them right here in town.
