Absolutely would not recommend this company. Quoted $600 for an evaluation. They sent someone called Reze who was so unprofessional that we actually had to call the company and ask if he was truly qualified as an engineer. He claimed to be the owner of the company which I hope is untrue. This person Showed up with no ladder for an issue related to the roof that we strictly said was our concern. Reza is extremely unprofessional, came to inspect a roof without a ladder or seeing glasses. Couldn't see a difference between a stain and a crack. Came off unprepared, without anything to inspect, just expected to be paid to do nothing. Extremely disappointing.
They are the best! Very helpful and professional.
I just wanted to give Mr. Sail a big thank you for all the projects that he has helped JR&Co with. When we have run into issues and problems, Mr. Sail find solutions. Never cuts corners, and always very prompt.
