I liked our contact from Quest, but when it comes to being detail-oriented, I was disappointed. On the day of, he failed to deliver the notes on what exactly was being draped. This is kind of a bride's worst nightmare! Luckily, my suite was nearby and I was a very hands-on bride that checked in on the vendors on the morning of so I caught this early. I was able to provide some general instruction on how things were to be draped to the crew that showed up... crisis averted, but this could have turned out pretty ugly.
