This location doesn't allow walk-ins due to staffing issues. I was told to read the sign on the wall and was basically ushered out the door.

I regrettable that despite advertising walk-ins, upon arrival, there was a notice on the clock-in machine stating that no walk-ins were being accepted.today This lack of consistency is unprofessional. Despite there being only one person ahead of me at 3 o’clock, with no more appointments scheduled until closing time at four, the staff member still refused to draw my blood.I begged him statingvi was sick and need this bleed test and the man still refused to assisted. Got in and out w walk in. Women were nice and good at drawing blood

It's outrageous that Quest Diagnostics has the patient purchase the special urine cup to use to collect their urine sample. That is the responsibility of Quest for sanitary/sterile reasons. OSHA, NPSF, ISMP and the Medical Community should be aware of their practice.

I used to get my labs at your Yonkers neighbor, LabQuest. Your facilityis far more physically pleasant, the check-ibn at the termonal was fast and easy, and I was seen within a minute of sitting down. Both staff members with whom I interwacted were warm and welcoming. And Ufuome (sp?), the lab tech who drew my blood did so expertly, and was delightful and engaging. Hats off for a superior customer experience in, of all things, blood drawing!
