The professional phlebotomist lady was truly top-notch, cheerful, and reached out to my physician to get the order which I had unfortunately lost. She was super efficient and a delight to talk to briefly. She told me I should inquire after four days given the nature of my blood tests. I’m absolutely going to come to Woodridge in the past. I’ve gone to Westmont and have to sit shoulder to shoulder with at least a dozen people. The Woodridge location is super tidy and has far fewer customers waiting.
The staff at the Woodridge lab was exemplary. The phlebotomist, Sunita, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was in stark contrast to the staff at the Naperville Washington St. lab, where the phlebotomist was arrogant, defensive, decidedly unhelpful, and arguably dishonest. Other staff at the Naperville lab were equally ignorant and unfriendly, to the extent of refusing to share my own personal records with me in the name of HIPPA, and in fact accusing me of not knowing what it was.
Whoever the lady was working there today (Feb 21, 2026) my boyfriend was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours after being checked in and the "nurse" or whoever that woman was finally comes out from the back and goes, Oh i didnt think anyone was here....we close at 12pm. He looked at his phone and it was 12pm on the dot. He goes, I've been waiting here for 2 hours, can you just get me in to do my bloodwork since im the only one here... she said no we are closed and refused service and help him.
