Whoever the lady was working there today (Feb 21, 2026) my boyfriend was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours after being checked in and the "nurse" or whoever that woman was finally comes out from the back and goes, Oh i didnt think anyone was here....we close at 12pm. He looked at his phone and it was 12pm on the dot. He goes, I've been waiting here for 2 hours, can you just get me in to do my bloodwork since im the only one here... she said no we are closed and refused service and help him. Worst Quest around. Don’t go here! They make you wait in the lobby way beyond your scheduled time, then they refuse service. What a dump!
Malika was so amazing and helpful today!! She counted down for me before she drew blood knowing I’m scared of needles! And she was great with conversation! Definitely recommend!!
