From the moment I walked in until I left Quest, I was treated extremely well. No wait time excellent conversion and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
I would like to give this Quest location a 5-star review because of Amy's excellent Customer Service! I has to get routine labs done yearly as a Type 1 Diabetic. She was personable, friendly, and gentle. She worked quickly and loved my emotional support giraffe 🦒 FJ. He goes everywhere with me. Thank you Amy for a pleasant experience.
Why isn't there a secretary to check patients in and collect co-payments if needed? Why is their phlebotomists, who are great, expected to do this along with their other duties?
