Excellent service at this site! Michelle is so patient with my mother who is has special needs. She is efficient and able to handle multiple people at one time. My biggest concern with Quest is that you cant call locally anymore. I tried to schedule an appointment and was routed to robot. The customer service automation is national and works on a different time zone. Thumbs down to Quest in this area.

This location is now closed, and the top-rate phlebotomist from this office has now moved to the Mack St. location. This was always my go-to Quest but I recently went to the Mack St. office and had an equally good experience.

During my 27 years as a Type II diabetic, I get lab blood work for my endocrinologist quarterly. Since 2010, Michele, sole & chief lab technician, is simply the "best ever" at "painlessly" drawing blood samples and efficiently processing the sometimes confusing and "complex" paperwork for both medical insurance claims and lab results prepared in a timely manner for Dr. Ned Weiss in Princeton NJ before my office visits. This location (Marshall Phelps) can get busy, and has a small waiting area, but I like this place the most. There is only one employee (the Phlebotomist) and she keeps a clean lab room, partially because the bathroom is in the lobby, not in the lab. The Phlebotomist is organized, effective and efficient, yet personable. Most important, she's great with veins. Her hours are early (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM); since she works alone, she does close for lunch (12:30 PM to 1:30 PM). She's closed Saturday and Sunday, as well.
