Waiting 15 min past my appointment time. Spent that 15 min assisting the elderly with the kiosk. Then I remembered I don't work there. So I left. Can't imagine the staff is very busy I could hear all the small talk and gossip through the wall. Will never do business at any location.
I was taken back before my appointment time and my phlebotomist (who I've had several times) was courteous and professional as always.
No one is here and I'm dealing with this dystopia bs. Like when did quest become heartless?
