I take my mother here when she needs lab work done and I am very satisfied with the level of care they provide. It is convenient, easy to get, very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
It was a great experience from check in to when I was walking out the door.
The person that attended to me was great. She felt my veins and knew to use a butterfly needle without me having to tell her. She didn’t have to keep sticking me. She had great bedside manner. She was very pleasant!
Quest phlebotomists are excellent at the White Marsh, MD location. They are prompt at answering the check in when you arrive and check in by text. However, this business of trying to collect a copay that is not owed is unacceptable. I will not pay until I receive a bill that is processed by Cigna. If Quest continues this bullying process, I will choose another lab.
