I had the BEST blood draw lady. They call her the "vein whisperer" & that she certainly is.
I just love the staff there they make me feel so welcomed even before they poke me. They are just great people with kind hearts I love it here
The ability to schedule a set appointment time is really helpful. Also, the new check-in kiosks at the White Oak office are so much simpler to use now.
Carol was very pleasant, kind and informative about the test being done.
I got there ten minutes early and they took me in right away. When I left I was still three minutes before my appointment. LOVE it
