The staff are always exceptional! But I am very irritated by the way quest makes you use a kiosk. My mom’s is elderly and she would never be able to check in on her own. I can’t even have other people take her because they don’t know how to work it. That’s my only complaint.
Any time I go to this facility I am in and out. Shelbie by far is the best. She always greets you by name, smiles, and makes you feel welcomed. The blood draw is so quick you never even knew when she began. 🩷🩷
