Had my husband drop off a blood sample taken by my infusion nurse. He has done this at other Quest locations with no problem. The woman at this location seemed to think that because she didn’t draw the sample that she couldn’t send it Made my husband wait while she called corporate who told her that she could accept and send the blood work. She then gave my husband a stack of paper requisitions to fill out if bringing in another sample which don’t need filled out because all the information is already on the order requisiti... read more

After having a very poor experience at a different location, I had a lovely one here as a walk-in. My Phlebotomist was very kind and did a great job. She took me before my slotted wait time and it was wonderful to have a good experience after having such a poor one. We are all just people and if we are having blood drawn we are like stressed and anxious. Kindness goes quite a long way!
