If your Dr. emails them or fax’s them , their too lazy to look through the computer , so I had appointment several times my Dr emails them and they are TOO LAZY TO LOOK or help you they’ll let you sit in waiting room and won’t lift a finger to help you.. WORSE PLACE TO GO , Lab Corp right down the street is so much nicer and they are so helpful and accommodating. Efficient and easy check in. Clean and organized; very nice phlebotomist! Decorated for Valentine’s Day and looked comfortable.
The woman (I wish I had gotten her name), who draws blood is very professional and friendly. She puts me at ease every time. Most important, it’s painless. I have blood drawn every few months and to find someone who is gentle is rare.
The facility is poorly decorated. It is drab and dingy. The tech was quick and very good, but without much personality.
