The woman (I wish I had gotten her name), who draws blood is very professional and friendly. She puts me at ease every time. Most important, it’s painless. I have blood drawn every few months and to find someone who is gentle is rare.
The facility is poorly decorated. It is drab and dingy. The tech was quick and very good, but without much personality.
The appointment was easy and we were in and out quickly. The staff was extremely nice to my daughter
