Arrived at this location at 2:15pm i go to sign in and tablet says drug screening ends at 2:30pm so i had plenty of time. After a bit lady comes out and claims drug screening ends at 2:00pm i proceed to say the machine says 2:30pm she says no its 2:00pm and goes on the tablet herself and sees it says drug screening does not end until 2:30 and proceeds to tell me they still can’t do it. Waste of time
I agree with others about not understanding the negative reviews. I have no complaints. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Made an appointment online easily, checked in when I got there and was taken back in 2 minutes. Blood draw (by Shannon) was smooth and comfortable. My husband went a couple weeks later and had the same experience.
Excellent experience. Texting system works well, makes checking in very easy. I was seen promptly and the tech had exceptional technique. I was a Medical Technologist and I know good from not-so-good.
Check in was a breeze through my phone...didn't have to wait more then two minutes. Very good visit.
