The phlebotomist, Nasser, did an excellent job. I don’t do well when giving blood typically but he was comforting, efficient and made the process seamless. It was so fast! The wait time was minimal and I was taken back right at appointments time. Will definitely be back!

I went to have my blood work done this morning, with an appointment almost a month ago, they call me in. I was fasting. I sat on the chair, the technician said you have to pay a bill of $31 before drowning blood. I told him I didn’t visit your place this year at all, where this bill come from, I have no idea. I can’t pay something I didn’t do. So I left without doing my blood work. I don’t understand how a healthcare provider do such a shameful act.

i would give 0 stars if that were an option, made my appointment for 11:00am, i have class at 12 i came 30 minutes early for wiggle room and it’s now 11:30 and i still haven’t even spoke to anyone. currently on the way home, total waste of time.

I’ve been to this Quest multiple times and have always had a great experience. Today was the complete opposite. I made an appointment and wasn’t seen until over a half hour after my appointment time. After my name disappeared from the queue and later appointments were being called, I kindly asked a phlebotomist assisting another patient why I wasn’t being assisted.
