Everything went smooth here. Was taken right at my appointment time, and the phlebotomist Kim was amazing and was very nice. One poke and done!! Will be back to this location when I need more bloodwork! Updated review 2025: Still a great experience here! Nasser was my phlebotomist today; he was amazing!
I was seen pretty quickly, when I went early morning. I went in as a walk-in and checked in at the kiosk. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to have it done that day because I didn't have my physical insurance card present, so I made an online appointment as well, using my insurance number from my prescription, hoping that would be a suitable workaround. The tech was extremely professional and gentle. She was tenacious even when the system went down and still took care of my needs.
I make appointments for quest, but this location specifically always has me in and out within 20 minutes. Its very convenient and quick, especially compared to other quest locations in the area.
In spite of a slightly longer wait than anticipated, my technician Nikki was welcoming, polite, and friendly. She explained that they were caught short-handed that day and apologized for the delay. Once we got the process started, she was efficient and highly professional. I didn't even feel the pinch! Many thanks.
