I was early for my appt, taken immediately and technician was very good at her job!
Surprisingly easy and pleasant experience. Yes Quest notoriously understaffed and the poor medical staff have to step in during check in, but I went having made an appointment the day before. It was full but not crowded and I was seen on time by a compassionate and competent health care worker.
Great service. However, the office has been shabby and worn out for YEARS. Long overdue for a re-do.
Staff was extremely helpful and attentive! Both ladies in the morning (Friday 8:30 am) were super friendly and patient.
Kelly was highly competent and extremely nice!
