The technician was professional and had an outstanding bed side manner.
Extremely rough taking blood. The most painful I have ever had in my life. Left my arm sore and swollen. A 6x3 bruise is still there. Will never go back to that facility.
Druti is phenomenal. I am a hard stick and usually takes three pokes, but she has been able to get blood with only once, four times now. My only complaint is the facility does not have handicap bathroom facility, for when a Urine sample is required. I have to hide behind a door to pee in a cup. This is humiliating.
