So easy! Went in to the kiosk, signed in, got called back within a minute or two, got my blood drawn and back out the door!
What a great job she did taking my blood!! I have had her before, so when I saw her yesterday morning I felt complete relief knowing that she wouldn’t have any problem getting the vein on the first attempt.
Made an appointment online for my child. I arrived early since I have not been to this location before. 20 minutes after the appointment time I was told that my child couldn’t have their blood work taken due to not enough staff and to go to another location (over 30 minutes away). At that point, I had been there for an hour, now, why would the person not tell me this upon arrival. Why waste my time… HORRIBLE customer service.
