I had some labs run in late June 2025. When the results came back the doctor noticed they forgot to run two of the tests. So now I have to go back. The same thing happened in 2024. I'm done using this lab. Staff has always been nice, but they obviously have training issues.
Will never come here again. Showed up for my appointment at 7:10am, but no one was there and the door was locked when they opened at 6:30am. My appointment was not cancelled.
The technician was professional and had an outstanding bed side manner.
Extremely rough taking blood. The most painful I have ever had in my life. Left my arm sore and swollen. A 6x3 bruise is still there. Will never go back to that facility.
