I went to quest this morning and I was a walk in and I clocked in at 7 AM. Also, I helped to elderly people clock in after me so they can get checked in. No one was in the lobby and Shayla and other quest person did not take me. They were laughing and giggle in the back. While I’m waiting to be seen. Patient beware keep your receipt when you pay your bill. They tried to bill me for an appointment I never had. When I called to ask why, the last was rude and told me I had an appointment yesterday that's why, excuse you... I was at work how's that possible, ghost billing!! Explains the rating for THIS company should be 0 bad business and very unprofessional and rude
Go to another place for labs. Staff heard talking out back instead of taking walk ins. When you question them they are rude.
