They never answer phone calls. They lost my test results. Walked back.. gave me some lousy number to call with no reference. This place needs help.

1 employee forced to do ALL paperwork, data entry and then draw your blood. Meanwhile, while waiting one's turn there is a video loop promising 5min turn around. It takes that poor employee 5+mins just to do the data entry. We were there for 35+mins and that was with only 1 person before us-5 were waiting when we came out at 11:35 so I doubt the worker even got her lunch break, which was scheduled for 12-1.

I DONT know why the negative reviews! I’ve been coming to this quest for years! There is a girl that have worked for as long as I can remember and she’s always polite and respectful. She takes her time and she’s very gentle. Im my family and I know her for years and she is a very nice lady. I guess everyone is in a rush and wants everything done in 2 seconds. It doesn’t work like that guys! Have some patience!
