At first the registration walk-in process seemed a bit unorganized. But then someone came up to the desk that knew what they were doing. From there everything went downhill. The nurses were very nice and professional. Was in and out in a reasonable time. When needed will go back.

I had an appt. I entered my info into machine to find I don't have an appt. I am diabetic. They never answer the phone.

I went online to make an appointment for Priority COVID testing as I am a healthcare professional. I did my test in the pharmacy drive thru and put the sample in the quest box all by myself on Tuesday 8/17/21 at 10am. I was told pick up was at 5 pm. The Quest website says "PRIORITY PATIENTSTYPICAL TURNAROUND Less than 1 dayfrom sample pickup". So here it is FRIDAY 8/20/21, and still no results. When I called yesterday to ask for an update I was told that they only received it that morning (THURSDAY!) nd their "time to do the... read more
