Literally the WORST lab experience ever, for the second time! My specialist in Dallas ordered bloodwork at this lab, and after my appointment on Monday, I have Several bruises from the site of the draw because it has bled SO MUCH. I also have a hematoma and my vein is swollen. My physician has recommended hot compresses in order to try to avoid phlebitis or a blood clot. As patient with a long term health issue, I am very accustomed to needles. I have reported this whole experience to my physician along with photos. I’m sad ... read more
Latonya is wonderful! She is polite and professional and great and lab sticks! The facility is clean and they do great and promoting patient safety and professionalism. Highly recommended!
