Very kind staff. Had my bloodwork appointment at medford location initially but there was a medical emergency in the back so everyone in the waiting room was asked to leave. I saw this location and good things said. They were able to take us and scan the lab request from my doctor in. I typcally have issues with getting my blood drawn due to being a difficult stick. Gentleman here at Voorhees was excellent. Kind, and clearly great at his role in phlebotomy. Nothing but good things for this experience.

While the services may be adequate, the total inability to telephone a human to schedule an appointment, as well as the website only allowing to schedule an at-home specimen collection (but none of the local Quest lab locations could be chosen online) and the single-minded automated phone system are reprehensible.

Updated clinic. My phlebotomist was experienced, skilled, relaxed. The blood stick was stress free.

After years as a loyal customer, I will never step foot in a Quest again. I had an appointment for 9:10am and decided to try and get in earlier as a walk in because I had to fast. I was there at 7am when they opened and the 3rd person to check in. Unfortunately, the system automatically checks you in at your appointment time and won't allow it to be a walk in. I was very nervous going in to take my 6 month old for blood work, especially after finding out that it needed to be taken from her arm and not her heel like I had expected. Mike helped keep both of us calm and he was very gentle and kind with my baby girl and I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
