The person who assisted me was GREAT, I think her name was Shea. She made sure that all my questions were answered and kept me informed of each step taken: excellent communications and chairside demeanor.
This place is run extremely well. With an appointment I was done in 10 minutes. The tech Thuong I had was friendly, knowledgeable, sufficient, and an expert at drawing my blood. It is the first time in my life that I didn’t even feel the needle go in. I highly recommend this place.

The lobby was very clean and inviting. Tune, my technician was wonderful! Everything was clean and sanitized. Her work space was very organized. I never felt the needle go in my arm . Very professional and expertly took my blood. Very efficient! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
