Very kind stuff
Make an appointment and your visit will go flawlessly. There is no one to greet you so be prepared to check in on your own on a tablet with a picture ID and then you are set to go. Easy peasy. Polite people who know what they are doing draw your blood and teally care about you. .
Seems impossible to get someone on the phone here. No way to confirm my appointment. It shouldn't be difficult. Simply go to another company or hospital lab, avoid Quest.
I frequently pass out and throw up when I have my blood drawn which is really embarrassing. Lisa made me feel so comfortable and was so kind and accommodating- I ended up walking out without having either problem!! I love going to this quest. Always kind, quick, and great at their jobs! Thank you!
I had appointment in Ventura / Telegraph Road. I had to wait for one hour to be taking care of. The room was full of person , only one person was working.
