Great service and the staff is friendly
Scheduled appointment time not honored. Arrived 15 minutes prior. Checked in. Walk in's were taken before me. Waited 35 minutes after appointment time to be seen. Will never come back to this location
Been coming here for over 10 years without a problem from any draws. I usually get Anna and she is so good. This last visit was the worst experience with an unfamiliar person. The Phlebotomist told me I was dehydrated which I was not. I had drank 64 oz water the previous day and had about 12 oz that morning. She said she had to get a smaller needle. It not only was painful but left a gnarly bruise for over a week. Not going back for fear of her.
