Sam was my phlebotomist yesterday, she told me Shakira had the day off. Even though I missed seeing Shakira, Sam was beyond caring, professional, friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable and satisfied. I just love Quest Diagnosis after having to suffer the unprofessional treatment through years of going to Lab Corp and Atlanticare
I checked in online prior to my visit, so I did not bring my insurance card with me. I did have my photo ID, so that should have been enough. However, I was unable to sign in on the computer at the location. I was very frustrated, especially because I walked there due to being unable to drive or ride my bike since recent shoulder replacement surgery. Very good staff..provide good draws - - - - - - - Update: Quest no longer accepts Medicare! Fyi .. So now LabCorp is the place to have my blood drawn. Equally good folks that can successfully stick a tough patient like me!
Shikira( I hope I spelled your name correctly 😅), is professional, courteous, gentle and kind! Visiting Atlantic City for a last minute get away and needed to do my bloodwork. Upon finding the lab, numerous reviews were negative, I hesitated but did it anyway. So happy to meet you Shikira and I hope you get more help for this location!
