Shakira was amazing! So kind and flexible with our kiddo and the blood work. She was very professional and calm, which made things go very smooth. Highly recommend!
Had to get bloodwork done while on vacation with family and am so pleased with my experience. The staff were extremely friendly and their system is very efficient. I was able to make an appointment for two days out, check in on my phone, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Also the blood draw itself was painless with zero bruising! Would highly recommend!
Actual location does Not appear well kept, and the poor staff are working with old and out dated equipment, meanwhile the patients suffer as a result. I Waited almost an hour for confirmation that results of a test were successfully submitted, and I never received that confirmation electronically. Quest needs to invest in their employees, their equipment and their electronic systems.
I checked in online prior to my visit, so I did not bring my insurance card with me. I did have my photo ID, so that should have been enough. However, I was unable to sign in on the computer at the location. I was very frustrated, especially because I walked there due to being unable to drive or ride my bike since recent shoulder replacement surgery. Very good staff..provide good draws - - - - - - - Update: Quest no longer accepts Medicare! Fyi .. So now LabCorp is the place to have my blood drawn. Equally good folks that can successfully stick a tough patient like me!
