Had to get bloodwork done while on vacation with family and am so pleased with my experience. The staff were extremely friendly and their system is very efficient. I was able to make an appointment for two days out, check in on my phone, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Also the blood draw itself was painless with zero bruising! Would highly recommend!

Actual location does Not appear well kept, and the poor staff are working with old and out dated equipment, meanwhile the patients suffer as a result. I Waited almost an hour for confirmation that results of a test were successfully submitted, and I never received that confirmation electronically. Quest needs to invest in their employees, their equipment and their electronic systems.

Shakira, as usual, was the utmost professional who makes getting lab work feel completely stress free. Her demeanor, compassion to her patients and welcoming personality makes me actually look forward to getting my blood drawn. I also noticed that the bathroom in the Ventnor City office, while may not be top of the line, no longer feels like you’re entering the danger zone. The crime scene tape was gone, it was cleaned, the toilet flushed, the sink worked, and soap with paper towels were supplied. Brava.

I checked in online prior to my visit, so I did not bring my insurance card with me. I did have my photo ID, so that should have been enough. However, I was unable to sign in on the computer at the location. I was very frustrated, especially because I walked there due to being unable to drive or ride my bike since recent shoulder replacement surgery. I had to walk back home, get my insurance cards, then walk back to the Quest office. I did all that, and got my blood work done, but it wasn’t easy, and was very frustrating. Th... read more
