At Peace health fishers landing a group of Quest employees got our paper work to process the immunization for our kid, it was after 20 minutes of waiting and entertaining a 2 year old that we understood they should not have processed the paper and After we reached out to them When we can get the Immunization done they mentioned you should take the paper to peace health at front desk. Alexas and lucky were amazing! I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to blood draws. They calmed my nerves and made me feel safe. Blood draws are my worst nightmare I procrastinate it every year for my wellness exam. I really appreciate the kindness and taking that time to make me feel comfortable. Great customer service!!
I have been here a few times but was always for pre-OP in which their internal system communicated. I got in and out fast and would give 5 stars. However, this time I had a Dr fax a request over and I didn't know which of the 3 locations it got faxed. So I tried to call. However, their automated system won't let you speak to an actual perso . So now I've had to drive to one (randomly picked) to see if my order came through. As if taking this excessive time wasn't bad enough because they refuse to pick up a phone... the ladie... read more
Alexis was very good at site: X1D, she drew blood without effort, because of komo my veins are thin and weak almost impossible to use. I have a port but Alexis didn't need the port. Thank you Alexis
