If I could give no stars, I would. I called to request an appointment and was told they were walk-in. I left work, went there around 10am, and there were no humans to interact with. The machine you check in with told me I had to come back for a 1:30pm appointment...ie leave work AGAIN. This is NOT customer service. And having machines instead of people? They charge enough for their tests, but they cannot employ anyone to answer questions and check in clients? I will be looking for any other diagnostic company in the county a... read more
I particularly like the Vancouver Quest location. As part of a medical facility, it is well staffed, efficient, and friendly.
It was easy to make an appt online, check in with my phone, and get my labs done quickly with a minimum of fuss. Thank you!
