I had a really disappointing experience here. The self-service kiosk was manageable, but I watched multiple people struggle with it, and no staff ever stepped in to help—other customers had to assist each other, which was frustrating to see. No one acknowledges you or says a word until you’re finally called back for your appointment. The waiting area felt cold and unwelcoming—plain, colorless, and sterile, which pretty much set the tone for the rest of the visit. My person was Dani and she was most personable and professional! I'm not an easy blood-giver and she got it on one poke and I don't even have a bruise. She's the best!!
Today, I took someone to Quest for some blood work. This person that needed blood work didn't have insurance and the test the doctor ordered was quite expensive. William, the tech who was drewing the blood, was super helpful. That's actually an understatement. He was a rock star. The total for labs was more than $750. William showed us how to pay for the test in advance to save money, instead of paying the full price. He waited while we set up a Quest account and walked us through the process.
