Quick once I was taken back. Didn’t realize that certain labs were appt-only, but the person checking me in was able to squeeze me into an open appt slot. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly.
WARNING: DRUG TESTS REQUIRE APPT. I only ever go to this place if necessary to do a drug test for my employer. The staff usually seem annoyed they have to be there and annoyed patients are showing up to their place of work. Last time I showed up twenty minutes early and rather than taking me a bit early the techs stood around and chatted until five minutes after my appointment time.
I wish I would have payed attention to their names but the two ladies working the lab this morning were amazing and provided me with top notch care. I am new to the area and didn't have anyone to leave my 2 yeard old with, I was actually quite nervous about bringing him with me. These ladies were calm and professional, and quick! One held his hand and kept him distracted while the other drew my blood. Very very impressed with the level of service here.
They provided the wrong lab results. When I tried to call, there is no way to contact anyone... only automated phone systems than dump your call.
