My phelbotamist Sandra was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Lab work. Had to wait a bit but other than that was good. Just that the Phlebotomist didn't know how to answer my questions I had for her about where and how to get Quest Select Card. (Employer/HR says to reach out to Quest and Quest (Customer Service Center) says to reach out to your Employer Human Resources . Just the run around about that.
The check in process was excellent and not much of a wait. I expected to wait at least an hour and I think it took 20 min. I will say that phlebotomist that took my blood was not friendly and very rough when she took my blood. I have blood drawn often due to a cancer diagnosis and she was by far the worst I have ever experienced. She shoved the needle in forcefully and quickly and caused me the worst bruising and pain after the draw.
