Honestly one of the worst lab places I've ever been to. Front of the place looks like a homeless camp, there's absolutely nobody at the front desk, they actually built a wall so that you can't speak to anyone when you walk in. They have kiosks that only work half the time which you have to login through. I was there to just PICK UP a kit to bring home for my son and they had me waiting over an hour for something that literally took 2 seconds.
Had a mobile appointment. Checked in on cell phone. The system said I was checked in. Their main system wasn't synced. They never called me in. When I inquired and explained the staff said I missed my appointment. The computer is more believable than a human being.
If I could give this location a zero I would. Their TABLET, because they have no form of reception, informed me I could wait in my vehicle to be called for my appointment. I got the text that I would be called soon and immediately got out of my car to go inside the incredibly crowded waiting room. 25 minutes later and they say they called me already and I now need to be treated as a walk in. Be sure to use your text message check-in instead of the stupid kiosk. And do not just walk in because you will be waiting a very long time like the Luddites who take all the waiting room chairs.
The young lady we had was fantastic. She was also fantastic with my niece who's 12 and it was her 1st time doing lab work.
