Had a mobile appointment. Checked in on cell phone. The system said I was checked in. Their main system wasn't synced. They never called me in. When I inquired and explained the staff said I missed my appointment. The computer is more believable than a human being.
If I could give this location a zero I would. Their TABLET, because they have no form of reception, informed me I could wait in my vehicle to be called for my appointment. I got the text that I would be called soon and immediately got out of my car to go inside the incredibly crowded waiting room. 25 minutes later and they say they called me already and I now need to be treated as a walk in. The young lady we had was fantastic. She was also fantastic with my niece who's 12 and it was her 1st time doing lab work.
Kris at the Turlock Quest is amazing!!!! We drive out there because Patterson quest is so rude and horrible to not just my son who’s only 5 but to myself and other family member who have tried to go there ! We found Turlock Quest and they are absolutely amazing! It was very easy. To do an appointment over the app and the same day they had appointments available. I got to my appointment and everything was really fast. There really friendly and nice people.
