Everything went well.
Use to be decent but they turned into one of the worst locations in CT. They will have you waiting well over 10 minutes past your appointment time. Doesn't matter if you arrive early, doesn't matter if you go in the morning or afternoon, doesn't matter if you're the only one there. Every single time, they will have you waiting a ridiculous amount of time for them to take you in. It always smells gross in there too, and the air is always HOT and THICK. Feel like I'm being suffocated as soon as I walk in.
Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Dropped of 2 specimens a weeks ago. Took a week to get results and the kicker is, the two completely incompetent girls who works on 9/26/25 - FAILED to include all ordered tests. So the most important test needed was never ordered because neither were bright enough to print all ordered tests to go with the specimens. Will NEVER use that lab again. Complete incompetence. Thoroughly disgusted.
Convenient, short wait time, courteous service.
My husband and I recently had separate appointments for different services. The staff is amazing and we have always had a good experience.
