If possible, I highly recommend going to a different location. The staff at this location were rude and exhibited poor patient care. I hope they receive training so they can approach the folks in the waiting room with kindness and calm compassion.
I’ve gotta thank Tim for his professionalism and courtesy. I unknowingly booked an appointment at a different Quest location (it defaulted to the nearest location where I happened to be at the time I made the appointment). Tim helped sort through that and was able to take me. I am grateful. More Tim’s in the world would be great.
GLYDYS was amazing! I am very grateful for her help and support . She went above and beyond from a customer service perspective some has that she should be promoted to manage an e tire facility. THANK YOU GLADYS
