Rude staff, and just about every time I’ve been there they damage a vein leaving me bruised. When i went to get blood drawn for a yearly blood test, they did not report 1 of the 2 tests I had gotten to my doctor, even though they drew blood for it. When I had my doctor’s office ask them for it, they said they never took a sample / didn’t have it… Completely unprofessional.
I do not recommend bringing your small children to this location for blood work. I do not believe that the staff has the proper training or experience dealing with small children. I took my child in for blood work which resulted in a bruised arm. The bruising was caused by the assistant that was holding the arm down to hard. I understand children are not still and need some one to hold their arm in place however they should not be causing harm to the child. Refused two days in a row. Told I needed an appointment the first day and they’re open “tomorrow”. The next day “sorry you need an appointment.” I guess standing around talking takes a lot of time out of their day.
