Parking is a bit of a challenge. I noticed quite a few people scheduled for the same time I was, maybe a bit of a problem. Also, a few elderly patients had difficulty understanding the app or in house check in procedures. I've had the same young lady twice, and even though she had difficulties finding a vein this time she was still quite gentle and apologetic for having to search ( through no fault of her own) I hope I get her every time. She's a doll.
My service was fast and quick, Amya got me in and out ..
Every time I come here, the employees are pleasant and good at what they do. This week, I’ve had two appts. and I was blessed to have LaShonda as our phlebotomist both times. She was so kind, joyful, and personable. This Quest location is my favorite one in the area. Pro tip: make an appt for a quick wait time. Update: Shay is an awesome phlebotomist too. Her kindness is so appreciated.
I set an appointment and they were right on time. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quickest I have ever experienced.
