No front desk is the dumbest system imagenable. Impossible to pick up containers for a test, you have to make a full appointment?? Sat around for 20 mins with zero communication, no number on the board and had to leave the office after making my husband late to work because this system is garbage. If I'm not there for an actual visit, there should be an easier way to do this. But companies like Quest don't want to pay people to run a front desk. Cheap and lazy.
