Sometimes you can be nervous when you go for your Quest appointment for blood work. Phyllis was so kind and competent It turned a nervous situation into a very positive one.
Brownwood Quest staff is excellent. Very clean location. Appointment times are kept.
I wish I could remember her name, but I believe that I was in room 5 if that helps...anyhow, the girl that drew my blood did an outstanding job. She asked which arm I would like for her to use, and I offered my right arm. Then, as she was rubbing the alcohol on the site, I said, "whichever arm looks like it has the best vein". She answered, "This is a good vein, I can tell by the feel." At which time, I immediately reached over and proceeded to "touch" the area that she had just sterilized.
