Me and one other lady were there by 3:20 for a 3:30 appointment. Someone came in at 3:2& for a walk in. By the time we were called it was after our appointment time but they called the walk in before the appointment. If it was 3:35 and you have 2 people there for a 3:30 appointment I find it kind of rude to call the walk in who came in after we had already arrived. Appointments should be first, ESPECIALLY if it is after the scheduled appointment time. What is the point of an appointment if you will take walk ins first?

The phlebotomist (her name was Yolanda at the location on Tesson Ferry) who took my blood was not very empathetic about the fact that I was anxious about getting blood drawn. Shots and needles make me so uncomfortable and anxious that I haven’t gotten blood drawn in about 10 years because I’ve gone out of my way not to. When asked if she had any tips on how to relax and ground myself, she scoffs and goes, “I don’t know, everyone is scared of needles.
