I've made appointments for 2 weeks in a row cause I only have Saturdays off and all 2 weeks I get here they say they are having Internet problems and send us somewhere else that is an hour wait.. I'm diabetic and fasting is not good considering my BSL is very low.. this place sucks
I switched from the Kirkwood location to this location. My experience has been very positive and I have my labs drawn here now all of the time.
Unprofessional staff, don't go by appointments, and terrible phlebotomists that do not listen to their patients.
