Considering that you're going to quest to have someone put a needle in your arm , it's nice to be able to say it was a very pleasant experience because of the wonderful lady that took care of me.
I went to Quest at Kennerly Plaza to get my blood drawn, the nurse that took my blood, her name was RABIYO. I have to say she was one of the most nicest, sweetest, and genuine person’s that has ever taken my blood at Quest. She was very very personable her smile made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t even feel the prick that’s how good she was and as she was taking my blood, we were having a nice conversation so she made me feel very relaxed because I’m not a fan of getting my blood drawn. Thank you RABIYO for being you!
I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time, and Peggy (arond 65 yrs old, blonde) is the worst person to serve to community. She is RUDE! I went to drop a specimen, and she couldn’t find the doctor’s order in the system. She told me I had the wrong container and when I asked for her identity so someone was going to be responsible next time when I had to come and bring the specimeb in the new container, she started yelling at me. She yelled so much so she made all her colleagues come to her office to see what was going on. ... read more
My technician was really great. Caring, patient, and quick visit. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
I worked with Yolanda and she was very nice and patient. She has amazing customer service and made me feel comfortable during testing. Definitely would recommend this spot!
