I had a confirmed online appointment from a text I received from Quest. I checked in on my mobile phone and waited in the waiting room. Two groups of people were called ahead of me. So I thought I'll check on the kiosk and it said I had no appointment. I checked all my information to confirm that I was correct... address, date, time.... The male employee that came out next... I’m absolutely terrified of needles and getting poked, but Meka made the entire experience incredibly quick and painless. I truly cannot recommend her enough. I didn’t feel a thing—just the rubber band around my arm, and that was it. If you’re afraid of needles like I am, or if you’re bringing a child in, Meka is amazing. She is so kind, gentle, and wonderful at what she does. Highly recommend!

Would rate negative 5 stars if possible. Arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday as a walk in, I understood i may have a long wait, but had no choice as no appointments were available when my Dr sent me in and Saturday is the only day I can go do to work constraints. At 12:15 I was told no walk ins would be seen because they were behind. That is unacceptable to waste nearly 3 hours of my Saturday to be told I wont be seen. Even the license office understands that if youre in the lobby at close you should be taken care of. This is more... read more
