I had a very frustrating experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. I first arrived around 7:50am to drop off a stool sample, but the earliest they would have been able to see me was around 9:20am. Since I had to work, I called and scheduled an appointment instead. The earliest available appointment was 11:10am, so I rearranged my work schedule and came back. I just left there. First issue, I made an appointment online but when I got there, their system was having problems. So they made every basically a walkin. I had A really nasty person call me back. She basically started yelling at me telling me that I did not pay for my test properly. She was the most unkind person I ever had in a clinical setting. Solid, clean faculty. Was in and out for a blood test in less than 10 mins. Knowledgable staff.
