WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Yesterday i came in for my employment drug test appointment. Neicy acted as if she didn't want to take me and told me to come this morning at 8am. Once i arrived I was told that she wasn't going to be in today. I was then told that I would be taken after the next patient. I was NOT. Once finally seen I was told that I didn't give enough for my sample i needed a little more in the cup even though there was a temperature. I visited Quest on Cedar Lane yesterday and it was refreshing to see how wonderful and caring the staff was to all the patrons. Special recognition for Lanecia Patient Service Rep... she is professional and goes above and beyond. She is a true asset to Quest as well as the field of Healthcare.
