I checked via text from my vehicle, by the time I walked in to the center my appointment was cleared because I was not in the center. It took 2 minutes for me to get out my vehicle and walk up to the center. This is my preferred center. This never happened before. The phlebotomist came out for another patient and saw me sitting there alone and took me in. Got everything squared away. She was great and I was out quickly.
Quest Labs in Teaneck is organized, efficient, and respectful of patients’ time. The staff keeps appointments running smoothly, and the phlebotomists are skilled, professional, and excellent at what they do.
Necey was excellent at drawing blood . A real professional and very caring.
Niecy was my phlebotomist and she was awesome! She was fast and gentle and drew my blood very fast!
