I went there this morning at 8:00 for an 8:20 appointment and was told despite best efforts the computers were down and they couldn’t take any blood. The supervisor very kindly took my name and number and offered to call me if the computers came back up. She kept her word and called me two hours later and took my blood promptly despite others waiting. She was so pleasant and nice to me as was the person who drew my blood. Thank you to the Teaneck staff!

Terrible experience at the Quest Diagnostics Teaneck location. I came in during my lunch break to drop off a sample from yesterday's appointment. There are ZERO signs or instructions anywhere in the lobby on how to drop off specimens. The kiosk system is confusing and hides the drop-off option under sub-menus, causing the system to treat me like a standard walk-in. I had a very good experience at Quest Diagnostics on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, New Jersey. The site lead is wonderful, and the other staff members are great as well. The location is very clean and organized, and the staff clearly know their jobs. My one recommendation would be to make an appointment whenever possible. If you come in as a walk-in, you may have a longer wait, and they do let you know that upfront. Patients with scheduled appointments are seen first, which is understandable, so walk-ins may get pushed back as appo... read more
