Poor rating.bayvstreef people in quest are very rude .had appointment at 10 am and the woman was not good to me.and a couple of people in the waiting room heard this.im reporting this.
The phlebotomist was extremely rude and was very rough with my daughter. She repeatedly stabbed and pulled out and re-entered the same puncture causing my daughter a lot of pain.
Denise was great, super quick and easy experience!
