I like the fact that I arrived few minutes before my appointment and only waited about 10 to be taken care of. The person who drew my blood did an excellent job and was very affable and professional. I told her that my veins were extremely difficult to get and she did a fantastic job finding and getting one at the first pinch. That was awesome!!

They stop taking walk-ins about an hour before they close. This should be on the website so people don’t drive out of their way just to be told they can’t check in upon arrival.
Worst customer service of any retail store Every one in the waiting room complaining about not even having a receptionist All 20+ people were talking about discussing this with their doctors and finding a different provider. I’m doing the same.
