THERE is NO value for online appointments. I came 10 minutes before my appointment and still they did not call me 30 minutes after my appointment time STAFF IS SUPER NICE THOUGH. JUST STAFFING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED THEY ARE ALL EXPERIENCED AND SUPER EFFICIENT Not recommended if you have planned things to do find other spots in the area.

I went to get some bloodwork taken and I unfortunately started to feel incredibly woozy and dizzy after the blood was taken. The staff at Quest were super attentive and caring, making sure I had everything I needed to feel better. They were quick on their feet, understanding, and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. I appreciate their efforts and they really showed how much they care for everyone that walks through those doors.

Please forward the most laudatory comment and remarks to nursing staff Arianna, who was the most welcoming, personable, caring, and supportive nurse (or nursing staff) we have seen. As a healthcare provider ourselves, it is refreshing to see someone demonstrating such pride and passion to her work and compassion to her patients. I went to the Quest location on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset. Although the waiting area is very bare bones unlike the previous location, the quality of the service provided was excellent. I booked my appointment online and checked in using my cell phone when I arrived. My appointment went forward as scheduled. I scheduled an appointment for Friday and saw Christine! She was super helpful and accommodating. It is highly recommended that you make an appointment as you may wait up to 2 hours to see someone if you don’t schedule ahead. Check-in is done by yourself using a kiosk. Be prepared to scan your drivers license when you arrive. I wish there were signs up for patrons to keep their conversations to a minimal as some people have zero tact. Beyond that, It was very clean, quick and easy to navigate.
