I went in for routine blood work today and Christine was more than sweet with me. Let’s just say I’m not the easiest patient. She kept reassuring me everything was ok and had such patience when trying to find my very tricky non existent veins😂. I will be returning for my next visit here at quest.
Had to wait for 55 min for my scheduled appointment. On top of that the nurse had to wiggle the needle but still couldn’t figure out why my vein stopped feeding blood and had to poke my other arm too.
Quest was 35 minutes late to our 10:40am appointment If I was 35 minutes late I would have been penalized. Quests check-in kiosk is terrible particularly if you are a repeat customer. Rachel, my phlebotomist, was excellent
Terrible experience today. Our doctor gave us the order and we gave it to them. They couldn’t figure out how to input the diff blood tests into the computer. My husband had to stand over her and help her find each order on the computer. And one of the very common tests she could’t figure out so my daughter wasn’t able to get it even tho it was ordered by the doctor and on same sheet! There for almost an hour with this. Won’t be coming back.
I've been a patient here for years, and give the employees there the highest marks, but please believe me when I tell you there Is NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE other than the local employees, who were very sympathetic, but powerless to help with a payment dispute. I had been receiving bills which were a mistake and had written to their ceo explaining it was a service ordered by a 911 wtc doctor.
