I scheduled an appointment for Friday and saw Christine! She was super helpful and accommodating. It is highly recommended that you make an appointment as you may wait up to 2 hours to see someone if you don’t schedule ahead. Check-in is done by yourself using a kiosk. Be prepared to scan your drivers license when you arrive. I wish there were signs up for patrons to keep their conversations to a minimal as some people have zero tact. Beyond that, It was very clean, quick and easy to navigate.

I usually have a very difficult time getting blood drawn because my veins are hard to find, but Christine was absolutely amazing. Her experience and knowledge made the blood draw very easy and she kept me calm the entire time. She reassured me that she would get it in one shot—and she did! I’m extremely grateful for her skill and care. On top of that, she helped ease my anxiety when I realized my doctor had forgotten to include the most important blood draw on the script. I went in for routine blood work today and Christine was more than sweet with me. Let’s just say I’m not the easiest patient. She kept reassuring me everything was ok and had such patience when trying to find my very tricky non existent veins😂. I will be returning for my next visit here at quest.

Christine was extremely courteous and very helpful during my visit. She made the blood draw quick and easy. I would look for her each time I visit, for her efficiency.

Quest Labs in Syosset is the best place to go for lab work because they are always so professional and caring. All you have to do is make an appointment online, and check in right on your phone. No waiting, it's quick and they are all a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend.
