I have to get my blood tested often for many medical reasons. Whenever I can, I come to the Syosset office. The staff is the best. Especially Christina, When she takes blood it’s painless. She is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Last time I was there we laughed about how great my veins are. She makes an unpleasant situation not seem so bad. Plus, I never wait long to be called in. I highly recommend this office. Thanks.
THERE is NO value for online appointments. I came 10 minutes before my appointment and still they did not call me 30 minutes after my appointment time STAFF IS SUPER NICE THOUGH. JUST STAFFING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED THEY ARE ALL EXPERIENCED AND SUPER EFFICIENT Not recommended if you have planned things to do find other spots in the area.
The lab tech took her time with my daughter. She explained all procedures and kept my daughter talking as a distraction while drawing the blood. I highly recommend this location and kudos to the lab tech. I wish we got her name but she should Be recognized for her professionalism, patience and dedication to her job. She made this blood draw so much easier!
I was able to get an appt at the Syosset location within 1 hr. My phlebotomist Rebecca was great! She was very helpful with making sure my script was sent in correctly and I was aware of any possible fees. She was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back to his location.
The Tech that assisted me was wonderful. I did not even feel the needle. She was patient and double checked the Dr.'s orders and confirmed an additional test I expected was not necessary. I am not sure how you found an employees so cheerful at 6:30AM but I am glad you did.
