Recommend you book your appointment online or on the app. The waiting room was full of walk-ins when I arrived, but I had an appointment and used the kiosk to check-in and scan my insurance cards. The experience was great. It was a very short wait because I had an appointment and the people were very professional. It’s too bad the location in Sun City is not the best location, being in a very old building.

The scheduled appointment system was simple and easy to navigate. The follow up text messages were appropriate and timely. The wait in office was minimal. The phlebotomist was efficient, friendly, professional. Plus, the actual needle poke and draw was painless.
