Brought my daughter home from Storrs yesterday and tried to make an appointment for this office at 3:30 pm.i don't know why but when I arrived my daughter was not in the system. So we signed up as a walk-in. The system stated that there were no other walk-ins waiting. From 3:00 pm until 3:50 we waited and when there was no one else waiting, o asked the woman who was calling names how much longer for a walk- in. Her response was "we don't take walk-ins." Awesome experience…. Appointment process was easy used the app. I waited in their newly renovated waiting room for less than 5 mins. Catherine called me in and introduced herself . She made the process so easy and kept me calm as I was a little nervous . Overall wonderful experience.
Took me in at the exact appointment time. The staff person was friendly and efficient. It was also very easy to make an appointment on line. And I received the results very quickly
Rude, could not setup online no openings, no person to talk to if you have questions, wants you to pay without waiting for my insurance to process first and when I did pay first they overcharged. They should have stayed closed with no interaction with people
