Today they have heater turned of and is freezing this place. And they running very late.
Get to the facility last Saturday, it is 2 degrees outside, check in and notice THERE IS NO HEAT in the waiting room. I complain to an employee who comes to the door to call a patient. She says they know and have complained to management, but they do not want to invest in a heating system, just an air conditioner. My toes and fingers are starting to freeze at this point. January 23, 2026 (Friday) I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Quest. If you have employees who are not having a good day, please do not let them work. Getting blood drawn is already challenging for me due to childhood traumas, and this experience only made it worse. It was the worst experience ever. The technician pulled the needle from my arm as if she were trying to start a lawn mower, which was very painful. There was no apology whatsoever.
